Start off by picking a model and/or offer
When you are happy with your vehicle, and you can choose to calculate your PCP finance (for more information see below questions). If you're interested in a different finance option, your local Citroën Retailer will be happy to help.
Once you're happy, you can either request one of our Retailers to make contact and discuss your requirements further, or continue online to our basket page, where we'll ask you to create a MyCitroën account so that you can save everything, and then select a Citroën Retailer who will fulfil your order.
After that, we'll hand you over to Stellantis Financial Services where you can do an online finance application and get a real-time decision. For this you'll need to have your driving license, bank information, employment history and address history to hand. If your finance application is successful, you'll receive an email from Stellantis Financial Services confirming the good news and asking you to finalise your order online.
Once you complete your order online, you'll receive an email from us with all of the details and the next steps.
And that's it! The whole process should take between 20 and 30 minutes.
PCP (Personal Contract Purchase) is currently the only available finance option on this website.
What is PCP?
Personal Contract Purchase (PCP) is a way of financing a new vehicle purchase. You choose your deposit and term length, and have three choices at the end of your term.
Stellantis Financial Services UK Ltd will calculate an Optional Final Payment before your contract begins, which is a guaranteed figure and therefore remains fixed throughout your term. This Optional Final Payment is a forecast of the vehicle’s worth at the end of your finance term, which takes into consideration factors like the age of the vehicle at the end of the term, and the estimated mileage that the vehicle would have done when it’s handed back.
When calculating your monthly payments, the Optional Final Payment is then deducted from the cost of the vehicle.
At the end of a PCP finance term, you have three options:
- Go for a change. Part exchange your vehicle (where equity is available) for a different Citroën on a new plan.
- Keep your vehicle. Pay the optional final payment to own your vehicle.
- Hand back your vehicle. If you don't want to keep your vehicle, you're free to return it at the end.

The Citroën Store currently doesn't provide a valuation for your current vehicle within the online ordering process.

Citroën, We Care consists of 3 years standard manufacturer warranty plus up to 5 years of additional coverage, activated when you decide to maintain your Citroën with a participating Citroën authorised service partner in line with the recommended maintenance schedule. It is valid up to the next scheduled service and reactivated for vehicles up to 8 years old or 100,000 miles, whichever happens first.
